Feeling like you’ll never be “enough,” or that you have to fit in and conform just to belong? Maybe you’re caught in a cycle of self‑doubt and those familiar, persistent negative voices.
Welcome to my practice. I’m a BACP - registered integrative therapist offering short-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy. My approach is flexible and tailored to your needs, with sessions available online for clients in the UK and internationally, as well as in person in Brighton, Hove, and Central London.

My Approach:
I won’t tell you what to do, and I can’t change your past or the circumstances you’ve faced. But I can help you meet your present‑day challenges with greater calm, confidence, and clarity and support you in reshaping the way the past shows up in your life today.
Together, we can make sense of what’s been happening inside and gently uncover what may be keeping you stuck. We’ll explore your thoughts, your self‑doubt, those critical inner voices, and the patterns in your relationships so you can understand what’s holding you back. From there, you can begin moving toward your full potential and a life that feels more authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.
I see each person as unique, with their own experiences and goals. Drawing from Person‑Centred, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Compassion‑Focused therapies, I tailor our work to suit your needs. My style is informal, honest, and compassionate, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. Through open and authentic dialogue, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful change.
My Background:
I have a broad background in therapeutic counselling across the charity and education sectors, and I’m trauma‑informed with experience supporting people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. I also bring decades of international work experience in the property and media sectors, offering a unique perspective to my therapeutic work.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I understand the impact of minority stress and intersectionality. I welcome and celebrate diversity in gender, sexuality, and relationships, providing a safe and inclusive space for exploration and healing.
How I Work:
I balance gentle challenge with supportive exploration, sometimes using creative or experimental techniques to deepen awareness. I share observations when helpful and place honesty, authenticity, and openness at the heart of the process.
Our relationship is central to the work. I won’t tell you what to do, but I may offer resources when appropriate. You lead the pace and direction, while I accompany and guide you through what feels most important to you. My aim is to help reduce the power of whatever is holding you back and support greater self‑acceptance and understanding. My practice is a non‑judgemental space for people of all cultures, identities, and life stages.
Qualifications:
I hold Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling.
Professional Standards:
I am a registered member of the BACP and follow their code of ethics. I am fully insured, attend regular supervision, and am committed to ongoing professional development. Confidentiality is always respected, and all personal data is handled in line with UK GDPR.
